This petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in Crime No.21 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli the same has been taken congnizance in C.C. No.622 of 2019. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
