PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 1323/2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein broke open the house of the defacto complainant and had stolen 4 sovereigns of gold jewels and LED TV worth Rs.60,000/- 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. He would also submit that the stolen properties have been recovered.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and having six previous case of similar nature and investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and having six previous case of similar nature and he was arrested only on 25.11.2020, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
