COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- In both the petitions, the petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.1381 of 2021 under Sections 406, 417, 506(i)IPC on the file of the respondent police. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsels for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions. 4.Recording the above submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
