PRAYER in W.P.(MD)NO.361 of 2016: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to shift the pole bearing NO.K2/31M.M.C.Z225/16.40 from the ditch to any other place by providing L type angle in the said pole and also in Pole No.Z2.25MMC 18.17.
