ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sundarapandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunani, Government Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13046 of 2022 on 20.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13046 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
