O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2016, on the file of the first respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 506(i) and 294(b) IPC.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after receipt of the complaint enquiry has been conducted and final report yet to be filed. Since the original crime has been registered by the Central Crime Branch, Madurai in Crime No.7 of 2016. After receipt of complaint, it has been transferred to the file of Sellur Crime Branch and the same is pending for approval.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.1442 of 2018 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court cannot entertain this petition at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition to quash the charge sheet, after filing the same. 4.In view of the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
