O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.94 of 2016, on the file of the first respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 354, 509 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after receipt of the complaint enquiry has been conducted and final report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Tirunelveli and taken cognizance in Spl.C.C.No.46 of 2019.
