ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.46 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.46 of 2021 which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 109, 448, 323 and 506(i) of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after a lapse of 7 months, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that totally three accused person have been arrayed as accused in this case, but after investigation two accused persons have been deleted and final report was made ready in respect of one accused and the same will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of one month.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the official formalities and file a final report within a period of 1 (One) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
