Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.GOKULRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13080 of 2022 on 20.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submit that no previous bad antecedents is reported against the petitioner.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9612 of 2022 No.13080 of 2022 on 20.07.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., on the 1st and 16th working day of every English Calendar month, at about 10.30 am., until further orders.
