Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11143 of 2026 P.DHANABAL , J., Today the matter has been listed 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in condition (b), the police station has been wrongly mentioned as "The Inspector of Police, Thanjavur Town Police Station" instead of "The Inspector of Police, Thanjavur South Police Station." It is therefore requested that the said typographical error be corrected.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection. 4.Considering the above submissions, the typographical error in the name of the Police Station has to be corrected. Accordingly, the description of the Police Station is corrected as "The Inspector of Police, Thanjavur South Police Station" instead of "The Inspector of Police, Thanjavur Town Police Station."

5. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after carrying out the necessary corrections.
