This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY,Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4704 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8333 of 2020, dated 23.09.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
