ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court while suspending the sentence by order dated 18.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.1163 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD) No.90 of 2026, wherein this Court directed the petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station every day at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every month till the disposal of the main appeal.
