ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate complaint dated 09.06.2026 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No.166 of 2026 came to be registered on 14.06.2026. It was further submitted that, on the basis of a counter-complaint lodged by the private respondents, another FIR in Crime No. 167 of 2026 was also registered on the very same day. Both cases are presently under investigation.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. 16.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm 2/4
