Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. The petitioner claims that he has civil court's decree in his favour. If that be so, his request can be considered. Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the second respondent is of the view that there are other interested parties, they will be put on notice. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
