ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to revoke the order of suspension dated 15.07.2014 issued by the respondent in his proceedings in Roc.No.A2/3546/2014 in the light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in 2015(3) C.T.C 119 by considering his representation dated 22.11.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.11.2014, is directed to be disposed of by the respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
