When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police already completed investigation and the name of third and fourth accused was deleted in the charge sheet and final report has been filed as against this petitioner and others before the concerned Court.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
