ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that they have not harassed the petitioner. In fact, the petitioner is facing trial in Spl.S.C.No.420 of 2025 before the learned Sessions Judge, Nagercoil and the petitioner did not appear for the trial and therefore, they have verified with regard to the whereabouts of the petitioner. Further, he submits that they have went to the petitioner's house only to inform about the trial and they are not harassing him.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court to defend his case.
