Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to survey and to earmark the boundaries of the petitioner's property bearing Survey No.297/35 at M.Surakkudi Village, S.S.Kottai Firka, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2015 furnished with the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the fourth respondent vide memorandum of the third respondent in e.f.M.3/5909/15 dated 19.10.2015.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to survey and earmark the boundaries of his property bearing Survey No.297/35 at M.Surakkudi Village, S.S.Kottai Firka, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District based on his representation dated 19.10.2015.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. Needless to say that it is for the fourth respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law and therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
