This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction the remaining educational loan amount of a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- based on her representation dated 25.01.2016.
2. According to the petitioner, she had submitted an application dated 12.10.2015, to the respondents seeking educational loan for a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- and after some rounds of litigation, the second respondent bank had sanctioned educational loan for a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- instead of Rs.3,60,000/-. Therefore, she has submitted a representation dated 25.01.2016 to the respondents, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
