Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9570 of 2022 This petition has been filed to relax the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6223 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.884 of 2021 dated 08.07.2022.
