O R D E R

On account of the dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, the petition-mentioned festival could not be conducted. According to the fifth respondent, the fifth respondent will not have any objection, if the festival is conducted under the aegis of HR&CE Department. There is no consensus as to the manner in which the festival to be conducted. Since there are factual aspects involved, this Court cannot go into the same. This writ petition stands dismissed.
