Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 19.08.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai in Cr.M.P.No.5319 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.3955 of 2011 and set aside the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue passport to the petitioner to enable him to travel abroad for a period of 30 days.

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai in Cr.M.P.No.5319 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.3955 of 2011 dated 19.08.2017.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case in STC No. 3955 of 2011 learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai has been ended in acquittal and the petitioner had received the passport from the trial court and nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
