Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings in DVOP No.59 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi and to quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER:- This Criminal original Petition having come up on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 05.09.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi in D.No.1726/2023 dated 28.11.2023 and dated 06.11.2023 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in D.V.O.P.No.59/2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Thoothukudi, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose the case in D.V.O.P.No.59 of 2017. 1/3

2.This Court, by an order dated 05.09.2019 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.No.59 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grand further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in D.V.O.P.No.59 of 2017.
