The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the first respondent to disburse the second schedule arrears amount of Rs.27,76,559/- in light of the demand proposals.

2. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court in W.P(MD)No. 21527 of 2019 challenging the assessment order issued by the second respondent by which the work entrusted to the petitioner was cancelled stating that the petitioner had not carried on the work satisfactorily.

The said writ petition was disposed of recording the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent preserving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court in the manner known to law. The said order had attained finality and therefore the present writ petition is not entertainable since the petitioner's 2/6
