This petition has been filed to challenge the CSR No.10 of 2018 issued by the first respondent on the complaint lodged by the second respondent.

2. It is very unfortunate to state here that the respondent police did not even register the complaint which is issued in C.S.R.No.10 of 2018 on receipt of the complaint received from the second respondent.

3. This Court is not inclined to quash the C.S.R No.10 of 2018 at this stage. Hence the petition is devoid of merits and it is

dismissed However, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the second respondent and proceed on merits in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
