This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.12 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this matter has been compromised between the parties and the main complaint itself has been dismissed as withdrawn and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
