ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the third respondent. The third respondent shall consider the same and give disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. The third respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
