Respondent in all Petitions COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize the petitioners' retail fish vending shops at the New Fish Market, Kasivilangai Kuzhumani Road, Tiruchirappalli, by considering the individual representations of the petitioners' dated 19.11.2020.

COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The petitioners want the respondent Corporation to allot them Fish Stalls in the Fish Market constructed in Kasivilangi, Kuzhumani Road, Woraiyur, Trichy City.

The petitioners have given representations in this regard.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, on instructions, states that at present it is not possible to accommodate the petitioners herein. However, there is a proposal to extend the existing fish market. At that stage, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19833 of 2020 etc. batch respondent Corporation would duly consider the case of the petitioners.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
