ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the authorities competent have issued final notice under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), which was taken up by way of an appeal under Section 10 of the Act by the encroacher and the District Collector, Sivagangai, has also rejected the appeal on 12.07.2025.

2.That being the factum, this Contempt Petition stands closed. (S.M.S., J.) & (A.D.M.C., J.) 24.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Yuva 2/4
