Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.04.2015 sent by the petitioner according to law.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 09.04.2015 through which he is seeking for shifting the power line running over his property within a distance of 5 meters from the floor.

2. Mr.A.U.Ramanathan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. It is seen that such representation sent by the petitioner has not been considered so far. Therefore, it is for the respondents, more particularly the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
