This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 119 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent to some other agency

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No. 932 of 2016 on the file the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and in the said case the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1722 of 2018 accused pleaded himself guilty on 07.11.2016 and he has also paid fine.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned AGovernment Advocate(Crl.Side) , the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
