[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This review petition has been instituted to review the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in W.A.(MD)No.413 of 2024.
2.This Court following the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 29.11.2023 passed in W.A.(MD)Nos.416 of 2023 etc., batch, disposed of the Writ Appeal filed by the State. In the present case, since the Writ Appeal was disposed of based on the earlier judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, the question of considering the present Review Application would not arise at all.
