ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah vide the Letter in D.No.568 of 2020 dated 14.05.2020 and none appeared of the both the counsels, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 05.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calendar Case in C.C.No.149/2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.568/2020, dated 14.05.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 05.09.2019 made in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 05.09.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
