The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 24 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 498(A), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation, however, due to the pendency of the petition they were unable to file final report. She would further submit that there are specific allegations against the petitioners. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if grounds are made out.
