Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the second respondent.
2.The petitioner's claim was repudiated by the second respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has gone before the first respondent. 3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 27.06.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
