ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to remove the Lien Mark of Rs.1,75,117/- on the writ petitioner's Bank Account No.180401525781, IFSC No.ICIC0001804 in the ICICI Bank Ltd., situated at ICICI Bank Towers, Plot No.12, Nanakramgudu, Gachibowli, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad, by giving necessary instructions to the third respondent Bank and allow the petitioner to operate his account.

2. The second respondent has filed a status report, wherein, he has stated that they have found that the writ petitioner has already been a victim in Crime No.327 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 419 and 420 IPC and Section 66(C&D) of IT Act and hence, she 2/4

obtained the reversal amount of Rs.1,75,117/- through the Court of V Metropolitan Magistrate, LB Nagar, in Lr.Dis.No.1064 of 2024 and seeks one weeks time to defreeze the account.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to pass an order directing the third respondent to defreeze the writ petitioner's account within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
