Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry relating with the functions and affairs of the 2nd respondent Association, as under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, by disposing the representation dated 13.01.2016 given by the petitioner and other members of the association and to take appropriate action to conduct an election for the post of managing committee members of the association for the period of three years, on the basis of the members list as on 22.09.2013, adding of 102 new eligible members and restoring the membership of five removed members.

ORDER
