This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.1207 of 2021 . 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case the respondent police has completed the investigation, filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, through e-filing No.LTN20220001331C2024-00135 on 26.07.2024.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, to take the final report on file, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is otherwise in order.
