ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the issue of complaint given by the third respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running export and import business called V.K.K.Velu & Co, out of which, there is business transaction dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein over the payment of amount, based on which, the third respondent has given a complaint. Hence, the second respondent is making harassment.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.34501 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that there is business transaction dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14963 of 2021 4.Since it is business transaction dispute between the parties, the respondent police has no role to play. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to advice the parties to approach the concerned Forum through appropriate proceedings, and close the enquiry.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
