W.P.(MD) No.18140 of 2019 respondents from revoking the promotion of petitioner as Field Assistant in the fourth respondent Municipality. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner, who is now working as Field Assistant on apprehension that he will be de-promoted to the post Sanitary Worker, has filed the present writ petition. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition cannot be maintainable and the same is liable to be rejected on the ground that the petitioner has approached this Court at premature stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final orders passed by the authorities in this regard, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
