ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.1 police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2023 to direct the 3rd respondent police to issue the non traceable certificate as earlier as possible. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 22.02.2023 requesting the respondent No.3 police to issue the non traceable certificate in respect of the original registered partition deed dated 01.08.2022 in order to get the duplicate certified copy of the said partition deed, so that he can place it before the authorities. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that in response to the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner was asked to produce the photo copy of the document, which he did not, thereby the representation filed by the petitioner was closed on 25.06.2023 and it is also communicated to the petitioner as well.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in response to the directions of the respondent police to submit the photo copies of the missing document, the petitioner has submitted copies of the documents to the police officer, but subsequently he was transferred, thereby there is no record to that extend.

5.Considering the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give fresh application as per the circular issued by the office of the Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Chennai-4, dated 01.04.2022, on which the respondent police are directed to consider and dispose of the same within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Petition is disposed of.
