O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to issue lookout circular of the petitioner's husband Rajthilak in crime No.22 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the stipulated time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the second respondent, after completed the investigation, filed the final report in crime No.22 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.74 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti and hence, there is no question of issuing lookout circular against the husband of the petitioner does not arise.
