ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and thereby not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) for the official respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.13 of 2020 has been registered by the respondent police, for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120(B) IPC.
