This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.307 of 2018 dated 24.10.2018, registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b), 448 and 427 of I.P.C. on the file of the first respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and charge sheet is ready and the police are going to file the same before the trial Court. The same is recorded.

3. Since the very purpose of filing this petition to quash the FIR has already been defeated on account of completion of investigation, cause does not survive for the petitioner to continue this petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case, if he is advised so. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
