Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the review petitioner and on perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner did not make out any ground for reviewing the order passed by this Court, in W.P.(MD).No.18860 of 2016, dated 29.09.2016.

3. Accordingly, this review petition cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
