The petitioner has submitted an application through online before the second respondent for grant of patta only on 09.06.2023. However, without awaiting for the decision of the second respondent, immediately she has approached this Court on 10.07.2023 by way of filing the present writ petition within a period of one month, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in favour of him.
2. Mr.G.V.Vairom Santhosh, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the application is under process and the respondents will pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks.
