*********** The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground, by considering her representation dated 26.01.2015.

2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the father of the petitioner was employed as a Mechanic in the respondents Corporation and he died in harness on 04.10.2014. On account of the death of the petitioner's father, she made a representation to the respondents on 26.01.2015 seeking appointment on compassionate ground and since the same has not seen any light so far, she is before this Court by filing the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as the

'first' in the seniority list and as and when vacancy arises, the case of the petitioner would be considered.

5. Recording the submission so made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
