Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12407 of 2021 dated 06.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
