ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate , Alangulam (FAC), Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli District vide the letter in D.No.93 of 2020 dated 24.01.2020 and none appearing for both sides, this Court made the following order: By order dated 17.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calendar Case in C.C.No.484/2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
