O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to issue lookout circular against Syed Ibrahim and Satham Hussain, who are all accused in Crime No.248 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341 and 302 I.P.C .
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the fourth respondent after conducting investigation in Crime No.248 of 2017, filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.86 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram. After conducting trial, the case in S.C.No.86 of 2018 has been ended in acquittal by order dated 20.08.2019. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
